God can take it!

These words came to me earlier this morning at about 5am when I was trying to get back to sleep....

Life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes, life is awesome, with tons of mountaintop moments. And other times, if we're being honest, life sucks, and we're desperate for a do-over. But the great thing about God, who loves us so much more than we can imagine, is that he can take it. He can take it! Nothing is wasted. 

My absolute favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:28, and it says "and we know that in all things, God works for the good of those who love him and have been called according to his purpose". I want to encourage you, heck, even encourage myself, that God works all things for good, even if we can't see it yet. So just keep holding on. The good, the bad, and the ugly- He can take it. Wherever you may be right now, give everything to God. He loves you, He is for you, and He is with you.
