A Salsify Story

And just like that, it's almost November!

Back in September, I took part in a weekend event dedicated to all things Tolkien.  You can read more about it on my personal blog here.  Anyway, one event that especially piqued my interest is that of salsify.  I can hear many of you asking, "What the bejeezus is salsify?"

I am so glad you asked.  Part of my Grow App duties including regularly contributing to the Grow Appalachia blog (I have the coolest job, right??).  We basically have free reign to post about whatever we wish, within reason of course.  My post published today was my narrative of salsify, and I wanted to share it both with you, whomever you are, and myself, to remind me of sweet, wonderful memories past that I will not soon forget.  Also, I love sharing my passion of blogging as part of the work that I do, which doesn't even make it feel like work at all!  And because salsify is just about the most delicious thing on the planet.
